Keep your health from computer use


The computer is not a tool for entertainment and luxury as in the past, but the computer is an important part in our lives, at work and at home
And with this importance has appeared many risks to the health of its users for long periods.
How can avoid these negatives, and maintaining health with frequent use?
To reduce the harms of using the computer for long periods it is advisable in the following:

1. the best angle for comfortable eye while sitting in front of the computer screen is the angle ranging from 15 to 30 degrees down, and the head of the user in a position to alleviate the pressure on the neck muscles, and the head extends slightly forward, Chin tilted slightly downward.

2. put the computer screen position so cut the lines of light bright at user field of view, because glare reflecting off is the main cause of eyestrain.

3. rest your arms to reduce the constant load on the shoulder, and don't let your arms extend much forward to access the keyboard, and the arms should be parallel to the ground while using the keyboard.

4.don't bend your back less than 90 degrees, it would be better (between 110 to 120 degrees), and extend the legs slightly forward, because that reduces the pressure on the movement of the muscles at the back.

5. the back of the Chair should be supportive of the lumbar spine lower back, or put a small pillow behind the back, as the height of the Chair is adjustable in the sitting position.

6. give yourself regular intervals of rest, get up from your seat, and move in space, because any slight change of seating position even for a few minutes, alleviate muscle tension.

7. to reduce eyestrain concentrated your eyes on something other than the computer screen from one period to another.
